Abseiling ::

You
enjoy the excitement of rock climbing, but you’re looking for
a little bit of a thrilling challenge? Abseiling could be that
“little more” you’re looking for.
Abseiling consists on going down a cliff face, with the help of
a rope attached and articulated by a device that slides the rope
through. So you are suspended with only your hands and feet leaning
against the rock, giving you the balance you need, as you’re making
your way down. An extra rope is used by the abseiler to ensure
the maximum security.

Now
that you might be tempted, here is H.A.T’s
program for that breath taking abseiling day out! Our destination
is the Pala-U waterfall’s 5th floor. So we will be kicking off
our day rock climbing to this 5th level, just to warm you up a
little bit, and from there you’ll be taking the challenge of abseiling
down 30 meters.

This
will be and excellent training to developing and improve your
balance and strength skills. Once we’ve finally reached the
ground level we will all have a well deserved lunch at the
waterfall.
And then on our way back we will be stopping
off at Huay Heng village which is a Myanmar’s originated tribe
village. You will enjoy a very different kind of welcoming
entertainment offered by the kids and also the bigger ones!
And that will conclude yet another fulfilled day out with
H.A.T. |
